Woman dies after getting caught in rip with two children at Coffs Harbour beach

A woman has drowned on the NSW mid north coast after she and young family members were swept-out in a rip at a beach in Coffs Harbour. It's the eighth drowning on the state's coast since the start of summer and it's prompted more warnings for swimmers to take care in the surf.
