00:00 He was extremely terrified but so hungry that he would still come to us.

00:05 We're like, okay, this dog doesn't look good.

00:11 We tried to approach and I tried to catch him with a leash.

00:17 He eventually ran off.

00:29 We looked for hours and after a while we decided we need to socialize with him first

00:34 before we actually get close to him to catch him.

00:37 We approached this drainage thing. He then ran inside.

00:50 He's in there hiding.

00:52 He's going back.

00:53 Come here. One more. Come here.

00:56 Good boy.

00:57 Good boy.

00:59 This took like hours.

01:00 This is also really traumatizing for the dog if we push this too far.

01:18 I know if I take the towel away he will come out.

01:25 But I'm just scared that I missed the chance.

01:28 He's gonna come out.

01:29 So we decided to call a professional dog catcher.

01:31 And then he netted him.

01:35 We were obviously super happy that we finally had caught him.

01:42 He was in a very bad state and really needed medical attention.

01:45 When we got to the vet he was more calm but his fear towards humans was crazy.

01:52 Jen, my friend, rescued him with me.

01:56 Then decided he needs love. He needs human closeness.

01:59 I'm gonna take him to my place.

02:01 He would be literally under the cupboard in a corner and he wouldn't come out.

02:06 It took so long for him to come out.

02:11 When he actually came out he had a little bit of fur already and he was gaining weight.

02:25 She just fell so much in love with him that she then adopted him.

02:29 He's such a love bug now. He's so attached to me.

02:31 When you've rescued a dog like Dobby you do put all your time and effort and love into them.

02:36 You know when they say you fall in love you actually fall

02:43 and you just hope that someone's going to catch you?

02:46 That's how Dobby was.

02:47 That's why I call it a love story with these two.
