00:12 Not quite sure what I was expecting within the 200 metre mark.

00:16 And somebody just yelling at me to go and I'm like, oh, okay, I could get somewhere here.

00:24 Tightly a group of teammates around you as well, so it's like having that support there.

00:27 It's really great because when you're running you can just hear everybody supporting you.

00:31 It just gives you that bit extra.

00:33 It's a big goal for you this season and how you're going to be working up to it.

00:38 Yeah, I've got to make nationals in April.

00:41 Hopefully get in for that 800 and 1500, that'll be my next goal.
