00:15 However, due to lack of competent skills, knowledge and experience in the Rwandan garment

00:21 labour market at the time, it is in the same regards that the Government of Rwanda, specifically

00:26 through the Rwanda Tivet Board Institution, in charge of technical and vocational education

00:32 and training through Skills Development Fund, came up with a solution in partnership with

00:37 C&D to train unskilled youth from various sectors about modern garment manufacturing

00:44 of different styles for mainly jackets to provide with them necessary experience and

00:49 enable them to compete on an international market.
