Kera habayeho: Ihere ijisho imibereho y’abakurambere mu isura y’ubu

Artist Kilimobenecyo Alphonse after observing how the photographs depicting early Rwanda continues to wander, collected as many as possible, finishing them in a way that did not cause them to lose their originality but are more visible than they were.

He took pictures in white and black, updated them very well with advent of technology, but did not change the originality, giving them colors so that what you see today has a clear picture of what life was like in those early years.

In finding its understanding, it was with the assistance of historians and scholars, as well as adults who knew the ancients, that the photographs was retold with a good understanding of the situation at that time.
