00:00 It was of great interest to us. We were really pleased to take over on the 1st of December.
00:07 We've got some really big plans for the place. We've already started making some aesthetic changes to the building.
00:15 But our hope is to revamp and re-energise the building and basically get it to its full potential.
00:23 We'd love it to be the central hub for Gravesend, in particular Riverview, but certainly for Gravesend.
00:30 It's obviously tucked away in a corner within Gravesend, a place that not many people know about.
00:38 But obviously the building has been here for a long, long time.
00:41 So our hope is to re-energise the building to make it the central hub for Gravesend for all sports and leisure.
00:51 And a nice social community feel throughout.
