00:33 with East Africa because as far as Rwanda is in East Africa,

00:38 but music industry has not developed the extent

00:41 of East African countries like Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

00:45 Some people always wonder why the music industry does not

00:49 develop, but even the musicians themselves put it, they put it

00:53 in that much as why the music doesn't develop.

00:57 Because sometimes the media can go to interview them.

01:02 for the interview they refuse it.

01:04 The media is trying to help them and they start blaming the media

01:07 that does not want to help them to develop.

01:10 Yet sometimes they are the problem

01:13 for themselves not to develop.
