00:33 To help you remember, the campaign launched by the Health Department in August is called "Be Fast".
00:40 Each letter represents a reminder if you have experienced a stroke.
00:45 Balance or difficulty balancing.
00:47 Eyes or blurring of the eyes.
00:49 Face or frowning.
00:52 Arms or weakening of the arms.
00:55 Speech or stammering.
00:57 And time or "oras na" to rush to the hospital.

01:35 from January to June this year, 31,205 people died of cerebrovascular disease like stroke.

01:47 Among the symptoms of stroke are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, panegyrelia, severe weight, and diabetes.
