An estimated 300 houses were razed by a fire around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, in one of the oldest residential areas in Davao City.
The dawn fire that hit Barangay Leon Garcia, which is popularly known as Gotamco Agdao, was the second to have hit the densely populated village this month. (MB Video by Keith Bacongco)
