00:04 have brought us to Hayden's Pies in Ulladulla. I'm sitting here with Hayden himself and he's

00:09 going to tell us a little bit about why their pies are one of the best. Hi Hayden. How you going?

00:15 So what do we have here? Yeah we've got a bit of a good variety, wide variety of pies sort of to say.

00:22 This is the roast mushroom cream spinach and goat's cheese. Lots of nice cream base, beautiful

00:30 fresh roast mushrooms with a nice spinach. I'm so hungry now just looking at that already.

00:37 And then this is our butter chicken and so this is a beautiful vibrant butter chicken pie and

00:48 we serve that with a lovely little mint yogurt there. That's really really yummy.

00:53 And then we've got over here we've got a kangaroo sweet potato and kale which is a reasonably new

01:02 pie for us this one so we're always trying something different and that is just delicious,

01:07 moist, lovely. And then over here this is one of our very first original gourmet pies that we did

01:15 20 years ago. The chicken bacon cheese and spring onion and so that's a really nice cream based

01:23 beautiful pie and then your classic chunky steak pie with real mashed potato

01:31 topped with a bit of cheese. Absolutely beautiful, look at that. Absolutely delicious.

01:38 Oh the pie was great. Chunky, chunky beef and mushroom. Very good. And how did you hear about

01:46 this place? Yeah we got some friends that said that these pies are pretty flash so we try pies

01:52 everywhere we go so we thought we'd give it a go and yeah it's definitely worth it. Thinking about

01:57 going to get another one actually. And what about your butter chicken pie? It was yum. Probably the

02:04 best butter chicken pie I've had. What pies have you tried? A bit of steak and peppercorn. The same

02:10 I also got the chunky steak, beef and bacon. And what did you guys think? Delicious, so good.

02:18 Yeah like great pastry, good filling, good structural integrity.
