A total of 72 players were sold at the auction held at Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. As many as 30 overseas players were in the list of 72 players sold. While foreign names including Mitchell Starc (Rs 24.75 Crore) and Pat Cummins (Rs 20.50 crore) made history by becoming the costliest ever players in the history of IPL.
