Mike Novogratz, a veteran investor and longtime supporter of Joe Biden, will now raise money for and support Rep. Dean Phillips, who is mounting a primary challenge against Biden. Novogratz donated $200,000 to Biden's 2020 campaign but now feels that both Biden and Trump are too old to be president. Novogratz has also been critical of Biden's stance on cryptocurrency issues. Novogratz is co-hosting an upcoming fundraiser for Phillips in New York on Saturday and is encouraging donors to give the maximum individual contribution of $3,300. In addition to backing Phillips, Novogratz says he plans to meet with Nikki Haley next month as he considers supporting her potential campaign against Trump.
