How To Make Coleslaw Easy Recipe

How to make a really easy and delicious Coleslaw. This recipe tastes so fresh and is different to any other Coleslaw. Follow my steps and recipe and you will yield a fantastic side dish for family/Friend barbeques and gatherings or just for your home cooked lunch and dinners. This recipe does contain nuts but can easily be substituted or even left out.

Ingredients -

350g - White Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
250g - Red Cabbage, Thinly Chopped
15g - Flat Leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped
1\2 - Spanish Onion, Thinly Sliced
4 - Spring Onions (Scallions) Thinly Sliced
40g - Macadamia Nuts, Roughly Chopped

Dressing Ingredients -

2\3 Cup - Plain Greek Yoghurt
60ml - Fresh Lemon Juice
1\3 Cup - Macadamia Oil, can be substituted for Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp - Honey
Seasoning to taste

Lasts 5 days in the fridge
