New footage has emerged from Everton's 3-0 win last night showing Jordan Pickford making an obscene gesture to Newcastle fans.
The Toffees' victory lifted them out of the relegation zone for the first time since their 10-point deduction and former Sunderland man Pickford was certainly riled up.
Prior videos showed the 29-year-old clashing with Newcastle duo Bruno Guimaraes on the pitch at full-time, throwing his gloves dramatically to the ground as if to beckon the Brazilian to fight.
Guimaraes was seen pointing in the face of Pickford, who made a point of showing he was up for a clash before grinning broadly. Other players then piled in, though the conflict was short-lived with Pickford and Guimarares led away by team-mates.
Now, new footage appears to show the England international making a rude gesture with his forearm.
After Dwight McNeil's first goal, Pickford can be seen in the video celebrating with a knee slide in front of the home fans.
Then, after Dwight McNeil's goal he makes the rude gesture - otherwise known as the Italian salute or Iberian slap - which is the equivalent of telling somebody to f*** o**.
In Brazil, the gesture is known as a 'banana' and carries the same connotation as giving someone the middle finger.
Pickford was also seen exchanging words with Newcastle defender Schar and was later seen heading back down the tunnel.
His Sunderland roots are well established and he is known for being a showman between the sticks at times.
Pickford played for Newcastle's fierce rivals as a junior between 2002 and 11 and then as a professional from 2011-17, with several loan moves away before signing for the Toffees for £ 30 million.
Newcastle manager Eddie Howe later played down the post-match scuffle as 'just emotions'.
He said: 'The game was there for us to win in the second half after an even first half,' he said. 'I don't think we played particularly well.
