00:22 Got me thinking, this would be a really good formula

00:27 So I have adopted the 15, 15, 15 routine,

00:31 but for my prayer life.

00:32 I do 15 minutes of reading scripture,

00:34 15 minutes of journaling,

00:36 and then 15 minutes of silence.

00:37 And I feel like this can be tailored

00:39 to any season of life you're in.

00:40 You know, if you don't have time for 45 minutes,

00:42 you can do five, five, five, 10, 10, 10.
