Two families on opposite sides of a street have turned their homes into a Christmas wonderland that brings joy to youngsters every year.

Dean Thomas and his brother-in-law, Ashley Forward, spend their evenings greeting passers-by who travel for miles just to see their festive lights on Condor Grove.

It's all done for charity - this year they are asking for donations to the North West Air Ambulance and the Blue Skies Hospital Fund.
