Police arrest third detainee released from detention

Three of the 148 people released into the community recently after a High Court ruling have now been arrested on various charges. The Opposition is accusing the government of making serious errors by releasing some convicted criminals from immigration detention after a high court ruling found indefinite detention is unlawful.
