00:25 and then you learn things about the first attempt

00:28 that will hopefully make you successful in your next attempt.

00:32 And so you just try to focus on being solution-based.

00:35 And again, I just never believe in "calling guys out"

00:41 or insulting guys or dumping on guys negatively.

00:44 I just call the facts the facts.

00:47 And if that reps one the wrong way,

00:49 then just try not to make the same mistakes.
