00:00 Today we've actually unlocked the next step along the Tyn-Estry trail. It's been a project that's

00:04 long been wanted by people in Tynmouth and Newton Albert. It's about getting a cycleway

00:12 all the way from Tynmouth through to Newton Albert along the side of Tyn-Estry. For a long time it's

00:18 been stuck. We've got planning permission but we don't have the money. We don't have the land so

00:22 we can't ask for the money. What we've done today is opened up a way of actually getting that land

00:28 and building a business case so we'll create a right of access along the side of the Tyn-Estry

00:33 and a business case so we can appeal to government to get the project completed.
