Controversy Over UAE-Hosted COP28 Threatens Climate Progress

The U.N.’s annual COP28 climate summit kicks off this week in Dubai. Cutting fossil fuels and building out renewable energy are top priorities, as well as consensus over a Loss and Damage fund.
