Every major city around the world turns a bit Irish on St. Patrick's Day. And Moscow is no exception. But this March, besides the traditional parade, the Russian capital is hosting the Irish Film Festival. Al Gurnov asks what's it's like being Irish in Russia Gerard Michael MacCarthy, the movie festival's organiser.
