On November 27, 2023, Cantonment Executive Officer, CEO, Bannu, Bilal Pasha, passed away due to an untimely cardiac arrest. He surprisingly surprised everyone by placing 47th in the fiercely tough Civil Service of Pakistan test. In addition to his position as an official in the Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP), c maintained a vibrant and significant online presence. Bilal's rise from a middle-class background was evidence of his exceptional academic performance. His pursuit of education and personal development was demonstrated by his PEEF scholarship and MPhil degree.
