00:12 The highlight is to really know how to work as a team.

00:17 When to support, when to give, when to lead, when to listen.

00:22 And when you do all of that, you become a strong force no matter if you're five or two.

00:30 General advice, most of them are nervous. Please don't be nervous or use your nervousness to fuel your performance.

00:36 And most of all, rehearse, rehearse, rehearse so it's natural for you because I feel like some of them are lacking in rehearsals.

00:46 That's why they don't know where they're going. But I am confident that you can do it.
