Despite release of hostages and prisoners, the situation in Gaza remains bleak

While Israelis and Palestinians are celebrating the release of hostages and prisoners, the outlook remains dire for those caught up in the fighting in Gaza. Shaina Low from the Norwegian Refugee Council says aid should be provided without condition to the 2.3 million civilians living in the besieged territory.
