04:12 Now, that's pretty exciting genre music.

04:14 It's probably one of the most beloved.

04:16 You must get old and young out to hear that.

04:18 Yeah, it's great for us 'cause, you know,

04:21 it's better than practicing in your basement.

04:23 Yeah.

04:24 And, you know, people really respond well to us

04:27 and we get a lot of really good feedback,

04:29 so we really, really enjoy it.

04:30 Now, what's it like in Canadian showbiz

04:32 to split the money 75 ways?

04:34 Is that exciting to you?

04:35 What do they do, toss it up in the air

04:36 at the end of the night and all of you go after your share?

04:38 Well, we're students, so we're just happy to get something.

04:40 Yeah, good, good, good.

04:41 Now, I heard you had a chance to play

04:43 with some pretty big stars?

04:44 Yeah, we've had a few really great opportunities.

04:46 We've opened for Jeff Healy.

04:49 Last, in the fall, we played with Peter Appleyard,

04:52 amazing vibraphone player.

04:54 And actually, the vocalist section of our band

04:57 had kind of an interesting experience.

04:58 We went to do a fancy gig in a Toronto hotel

05:02 and there was a famous musician there,

05:04 Canadian musician, and we were all really pumped

05:06 to meet him 'cause, you know, we're fans or whatever.

05:09 So we make sure we get there early

05:11 and that we're all set and we're ready to go

05:13 and we walk in, you know, with our pieces of paper

05:16 waiting to get his autograph and we're looking around

05:18 and he's not anywhere.

05:19 And he strolls in about 45 minutes late

05:22 with two beautiful blondes on his arm,

05:24 spends the whole time talking to them

05:26 and then his band is kind of backstage, you know,

05:28 partaking in illegal substances.

05:31 And we just kind of said,

05:35 "Okay, do we have your autograph? Thanks."

05:37 And they just kind of walked away.

05:38 Now, when he gave you the autograph, what did it say?

05:41 I think it just said, "Love from..."

05:44 Who?

05:45 Well, I don't want to say it. I'll tell you afterwards.

05:47 Brian Adams?

05:48 No.

05:50 Do you know Ben Ali?

05:51 I'm not going to say it.

05:52 That's every famous male Canadian musician.

05:56 There's a 50/50 chance I got it right there.

05:58 A 50/50 chance.

06:00 Oh, I'm sorry, except for you guys. Sorry.

06:03 They're somewhat famous too. Was it Orrin Isaacs?

06:05 No.

06:06 All right. Okay.

06:20 Now, the uniforms are fantastic.

06:23 On the one hand, that's a great thing.

06:24 On the other, it's more of a budget than our own military is.

06:28 We think we'll go in there as reserves if they need us.
