00:26 I mean, this is one of the craziest things I've ever seen.

00:30 >> I don't know, I'm not even really here.

00:33 My body is here, but my brain is, I don't know where it is.

00:37 It feels like a kind of dream.

00:59 >> It's completely nuts.

01:00 It's funny because people just see the character when I walk into a room and

01:02 they just think I'm the character.

01:04 It's a very strange experience.

01:05 It's like an out of body experience.

01:07 >> I know what you are.

01:21 >> What's the strangest request you've ever gotten from a fan?

01:24 >> I had some girls come up to me the other day who'd pre-bitten themselves, so

01:29 they were bleeding when they came up.

01:30 And they're like, look, we're already bleeding.

01:32 Can you just lick a little bit of blood?

01:33 And I was like, okay.

01:38 [LAUGH]

01:39 >> You said yes.

01:39 >> I didn't say yes.

01:40 [LAUGH]

01:41 >> You're beautiful.

01:46 >> Beautiful, this is the skin of a killer, Bella.

01:50 I'm a killer.

01:54 >> I don't believe that.

01:55 >> They asked you to do a romantic scene during your audition.

01:58 What was that like?

01:59 >> Good.

02:01 I mean, a lot goes on in that scene.

02:03 It's not just a typical make out scene.

02:05 That's why we were able to audition it and not feel weird.

02:07 It was good.

02:10 He came in with everything.

02:12 He wasn't playing the perfect guy, which would be so unrelatable and empty.

02:16 He really came in with pain and fear.

02:20 He was really perfect.

02:20 >> Did you feel that chemistry from the first day?

02:22 Did you know that he was your vampire?

02:24 >> Yes.

02:24 No, there was really no other choice.

02:27 Everybody else sort of was just like, I'm very statuesque and perfect looking.

02:31 And it was like, no, no, no, Edward is not perfect.

02:33 That's what you don't get.

02:34 >> I'm sorry.

02:34 [MUSIC]

02:38 >> I'm stronger than I thought.

02:40 >> I'm not exactly the best stuntman in the world, though, so

02:43 I did as many as I could.

02:45 But I had a stunt double who looked exactly the same as me.

02:48 He was a professional free runner.

02:50 So I was like, I can either do this, get injured and have it look lame, or

02:55 I can get this guy who you can't tell, but it's not me.

02:59 And he'll make it look cool.

03:02 So I kind of, I did as many as I could, but I just kept getting injured all the time.

03:06 [MUSIC]

03:16 >> We had a lot of stunts because we didn't have a whole lot of money to have

03:19 like big effects, like big special effects, visual effects.

03:22 And so a lot of it was like very much physically,

03:27 like we had to pull it off for real.

03:30 Cam and Rob really had to do like this big fight scene without, and

03:35 it's hard to have stunt doubles for that kind of stuff too,

03:37 because it's all very personal.

03:38 The fight that ensues is really all here.

03:43 I mean, it really matters that they look cool punching each other, but

03:47 they had to do it themselves because it's really an emotional fight.

03:50 I got to roll around in some glass and get like tossed around on a wire.

03:57 [MUSIC]

04:03 >> Tell us a little bit about your passion in music.

04:06 I know two of your songs were included in the soundtrack.

04:09 >> Well, I was doing, last year I was doing, I'd kind of given up acting,

04:12 I was doing music.

04:14 And all my friends are musicians in London, and I grew up doing that.

04:19 I just think it's a lot, you have a lot more freedom to do things.

04:25 Sometimes you have freedom in acting, but you can do whatever you want in music,

04:30 which is why it's a lot harder to make a living out of it,

04:32 because you're not being employed by anyone.

04:35 But I loved playing live, just to have that kind of disorientation.

04:41 And yeah, just kind of the freedom of doing whatever you want to do,

04:45 that you don't ever feel anything,

04:47 you can forget everything by playing music.
