00:02 Alex and I rescued him on Saturday morning

00:07 and for about a month that he had been

00:10 at this horrible petting zoo,

00:12 they were only feeding him whole milk,

00:14 store-bought from like Walmart.

00:16 As a calf, he needs to be getting higher protein milk

00:20 if it's not naturally from his mom's milk,

00:22 who he didn't have access to for the month of his life.

00:25 So we have to kind of wean him off of the store-bought milk.

00:28 [upbeat music]

00:31 Hi, Moo!

00:44 Look at the stuffed animals we got for him.

00:46 We know that Moo is going to be a bull.

00:49 Our main concern was to get him out of that environment

00:51 where he was being malnourished and mistreated.

00:53 We are rehabilitating him.

00:54 We love him, so we want him to be ours,

00:56 but we realize that this space is not gonna be suitable

00:59 for him when he is a vulgar calf.

01:02 Our intention is to get him somewhere

01:04 once he's off of milk, which is what the vet recommended,

01:07 get him somewhere where he can be with other cattle,

01:11 other bulls.

01:11 We'll be getting him cash-traded

01:13 so his aggression is at a minimum,

01:15 but we're still gonna be like paying for him,

01:17 visiting him all the time.

01:18 And then once Alex and I buy land,

01:20 which we hope to be the case in the near future,

01:23 hopefully, fingers crossed, he will come back with us

01:26 and we'll rescue a couple more cows.

01:28 He'll have his herd.

01:29 He definitely thinks Alex and I are part of his herd

01:31 at this point, so we're hoping that even with bulls'

01:35 natural tendencies to get more aggressive,

01:37 he'll still love us.

01:39 But he's so amazing with us.

01:41 He especially loves Alex.

01:42 It's incredible.

01:43 I'm the one who's feeding him during the day

01:46 'cause Alex goes to work, this is my job.

01:48 I stay home and do this and take care of Merlin,

01:52 Muffy, and the rats.

01:53 Do you like the rats?

01:55 - Yes.

01:56 - Do you like Moo?

01:57 Yeah, those are the rats.
