North Korea plans another military spy satellite launch

North Korea informs Japan of its intention to make a third attempt to launch a military spy satellite between Wednesday and Nov. 30, 2023 following two previous unsuccessful launches. The notification specified three potential maritime zones for debris fallout: two between the Korean Peninsula and China, and the third in the Philippine Sea, according to the Japanese coast guard.
