A new national NBC News poll finds President Joe Biden's approval rating has hit a new low of 40%, down from 41% in September. Biden's approval rating among voters ages 18-34 dropped significantly, from 46% in September to 31% in the new poll. Among Democratic voters, 51% believe Israel has gone too far in its military actions in Gaza, while just 27% think Israel's actions are justified. The poll shows Biden trailing former President Donald Trump for the first time in a hypothetical 2024 matchup, though within the margin of error. Trump gets 46% to Biden's 44%.
