"When the Cat's Away" (1929, 2023 restoration with Treasures audio)

When the Cat's Away is the sixth short of the Mickey Mouse Sound Cartoons, it was released on April 30th or May 3rd, 1929 (the true release dates for the Powers and Columbia shorts are debatable). It's about Mickey, Minnie and their mice army breaking into Tom Cat's house to play and dance to music. The original title cue for this short is currently lost, so in the Disney+ restoration they used another title cue for it. I've fixed that here.
