Former military lawyer David McBride has pleaded guilty to sharing classified information with three journalists about the actions of special forces soldiers in Afghanistan. He waged a four year fight against his prosecution but just pleaded guilty in the ACT Supreme Court after key elements of his defence were stripped from the case.
