00:24 2 Onions, finely chopped

00:26 We have chopped the onions, now we will take 2 eggplants

00:33 Now we will make a hole in it, so that the ghee is cooked well

00:40 Now we will put garlic in one of the holes we have made

00:49 Now we will put some mustard oil in it

00:59 Now we will put the eggplants in it

01:19 See our eggplants are cooked

01:23 Now we will cook the tomatoes in it

01:27 Now mash the cooked eggplants well

01:37 Now the tomatoes are cooked, now we will take them out

01:41 Now we will cook the green chillies and garlic in it

01:46 See our chillies are cooked, now we will take them out

01:52 The tomatoes we had cooked, we will cut them into small pieces and put them in the mixer

02:05 Now we will put the garlic and green chillies in it

02:13 Now we will grind it

02:15 Now we will take some mustard oil

02:17 We will let it heat up well

02:21 When the smoke will come out, then we will put fenugreek, red chilli and onions
