You have to complete all of the Crafting Quests that Balthazar Dragonthorn, who is located in Dragonspyre (5th world in the game) gives you. For him you have to craft two Rings of Apotheosis (the recipe of which can be purchased from Balthazar himself), and then two cloaks (which cloak depends on your school and recipes can be bought from various vendors in Mooshu, which vendor depends on school as well), and then you finally have to craft two Crimson Book Stands (this recipe can be purchased from Toshio in Mooshu) to get the Master Artisan badge from him.
