Your Veterans Day forecast across the US

If you're planning on attending an event to honor our veterans this weekend, AccuWeather's Kristina Shalhoup has a nationwide forecast for some of the biggest parades and observances.

00:04 to all veterans out there.

00:05 Many events will be held all across the country,

00:08 commemorating the day and honoring those who served.

00:11 Christina Schallhoop takes a look at the conditions

00:13 for celebrations tomorrow.

00:14 Well, first of all, thank you to all who have served.

00:19 And as we get ready for this Veterans Day,

00:21 you know, I do have a lot of good news here.

00:23 Let's start out in New York

00:24 for the New York City Veterans Day Parade,

00:26 which kicks off at 9.30 a.m. Eastern time.

00:29 I'll give you this, it's a chilly start to your morning,

00:31 have the layers, but you know what?

00:33 You'll also need the sunglasses.

00:34 Beautiful sunshine across the Northeast,

00:36 New York included.

00:38 And I wanna point out that AccuWeather

00:39 real field temperature of 45 degrees

00:41 is really not so bad,

00:43 considering the air temperature is at 46.

00:45 Let's take you to the nation's capital here

00:47 for Veterans Day observance

00:48 at the Arlington National Cemetery.

00:50 We're looking at 52 degrees and plenty of sunshine as well.

00:53 A cloud or two, but that's about it.

00:55 Not bad in the slightest.

00:57 Across the country in Denver, it's a very similar forecast.

01:02 as we honor our veterans,

01:04 49 degrees with plenty of sunshine, a few clouds.
