00:38 terribly wrong.

00:39 On Joel's advice, Bernie pleads guilty and her family are shocked when the judge states

00:44 that given her record, they have no other option but to impose a custodial sentence.

00:49 A devastated Paul then tells the judge about his MND and how he needs his mum around, but
