00:12 England has revealed that a windmill and pole gate and two Sussex churches with rare medieval

00:15 wall paintings are at risk of neglect, decay or inappropriate development. Leaking rainwater

00:21 and damp have affected each of these buildings and work to improve the conditions are urgently

00:24 required. In the last financial year, more than £1 million in grants have been awarded

00:29 to carry out repairs to historic places and sites like these in the South East.

00:34 A local microbrewery's Pale Ale was named the best at Eastbourne's Beer Festival. Route

00:39 21's Stroll voted Beer of the Festival out of more than 120 beverages at the event which

00:43 took place at the Winter Garden in October. Founders Mark Potter and Gavin Wiseman, who

00:47 produced their first bottle of beers in 2020, said "We are delighted with getting Beer
