If Johnny Test was a Universal Kids original series (opening)

Hear me out on this. Had Universal Kids was launched in 1996, Universal would've had a higher chance to compete against Paramount (with Nickelodeon), Warner Bros. (with Cartoon Network), and Disney (with Disney Channel).

Universal even could've acquired Classic Media, DreamWorks Animation, and Entertainment Rights all the way back in 2004. I know, I don't like Johnny Test, but Johnny Test, to be honest, is NOT a rip-off of Dexter's Laboratory. Sure, it's terrible, but it DID have potential to be a great show! AND it's far from the worst cartoon that I've ever seen.

Had Universal Kids been around since 1996, Scott Fellows would've pitched Johnny Test to Universal Kids, and the show would've lasted better for 4 seasons and 52 half hour episodes from 2005 to 2008; maybe even 6 seasons from 2005 to 2010 with 78 episodes if they're lucky.

I may not like Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom, I know, but I got over my anger towards them. Fans of those shows would've even praised the hell out of Johnny Test had Johnny Test been pitched to Universal Kids, THEN the show wouldn't suffer budget cuts, nor be over exposed on Cartoon Network, nor overuse the whip crack sound effect. Hence why Johnny Test would've worked better on Universal Kids instead of Kids' WB!, ESPECIALLY in an alternate universe where we still had the WB around, and Universal Kids was founded in 1996.

Yes, some people would still see it as a "Dexter's Laboratory rip-off", but I still don't see it as such. Had Johnny Test been a Universal Studios cartoon, I would've praised it, AND it would've had some consistent character development. Scott Fellows could've been one of the most influential cartoonists of the modern era.

I own nothing.
