00:17 Hi Phil.

00:18 Great to see you out here.

00:19 You've got a great Rubicon here.

00:20 Yeah, this is the Unlimited.

00:21 I know it's a little longer than the regular Wrangler.

00:24 Can you tell us what else is different?

00:26 Well, mainly it's the wheelbase.

00:27 It's 10 inches longer.

00:28 It also has 5 inches more room in the back.

00:33 Other than that, it's pretty much the same.

00:35 Larry, our producer, just got through the Elephant Hill trail unscathed and he's all

00:39 stoked of course.

00:40 So now he's talking about buying an Unlimited Wrangler for himself.

00:44 But he could make just a few changes to make it work even better off-road.

00:49 The Unlimited comes with a 245/75/16 tire, which is a 31-inch diameter tire.

00:57 It also has a cross member that hangs down in the middle.

01:00 Pretty good.

01:01 It hangs down about this far, which of course when the vehicle breaks over a big rock in

01:05 the middle, it comes and hangs up on it.

01:09 Rich Powers from Daimler Chrysler, he has a Rubicon.

01:13 And what he's done is he just put a 2-inch lift on here, a 2-inch suspension.

01:18 And then he put 3 15/75/16 tires, which are 35-inch tires.

01:24 And then he put what you call a belly-up cross member.

01:27 Well the belly-up is almost perfectly flat in the middle.

01:30 So now when the Jeep breaks over, it's higher, you don't hit in the middle.
