00:01 I'm still having treatment, but everything seems stable.

00:04 And I say I've been back with my best mate on the bike,

00:07 filming and doing the books and back to work.

00:12 So it's all pretty good, actually.

00:15 I'm really enjoying life at the moment.

00:17 - And I bet that friendship is even more important

00:20 at a time when you need a bit of a pick up.

00:22 - Oh, it was.

00:23 And I've been bringing back the new books, Comfort Food.

00:26 But there was one day when I was poorly,

00:27 he came round to our house and made me mince and dumplings.

00:31 But he does it properly.

00:32 You know, where the bottom of the dumplings are just soft,

00:35 the top of the dumplings are crusty.

00:37 And it takes, and I really, I remember that

00:39 with mashed potato, that was lovely.

00:42 - I have to say, I made, I don't think I made enough

00:44 for about a month and a half.

00:46 - Oh yeah, yeah, there was a freezer full.
