00:00 Adam Hickman here from the Timing Food Studios. I am making some meatballs right now, but I'm making 60 meatballs
00:06 So here's what I did to make it a little bit easier
00:08 One is I use a mixer to mix it all together
00:12 Only mix about 20 seconds or so made it a lot easier second thing
00:16 I used a cookie scoop which is the perfect size for meatballs and the perfect size for cookies
00:21 So I highly recommend getting those. Here's another thing that I'm doing here
00:25 I'm gonna broil them to cook these in a pan in batches would take a long time
00:30 So you can see I've spaced these out just a little bit so that they brown really nicely under the broiler
