Keir Starmer pledges to transform further education

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has pledged to transform further education in a speech to the North East Chamber of Commerce. Starmer vowed that a Labour government would "get the North East building again" by taking on "the blockers that hold a veto over British aspiration."
