00:30 the manager is saying, "I wish I had a billion to spend and waste,"

00:36 You know, what people sometimes see as an advantage

00:38 is not necessarily the case.

00:40 What others see as a disadvantage is not always the case.

00:42 And, you know, that's the challenge for all us managers.

00:46 I really think we're all in our own unique space

00:49 that no-one can really understand

00:50 because we can't...

00:52 None of us can really disclose all the information

00:54 because that's the way organisations work.

00:56 So what I have to deal with and what Maurizio has to deal with

01:03 But in essence, what we're trying to do is the same thing -

01:05 is build a team that hopefully we believe can bring success.

01:13 and I've got no doubt that he'll get Chelsea on the right path.
