00:06 Green Solicitors Business Leader of the Year Award. Congratulations. What does

00:12 this award mean to you? It's brilliant, actually I can't believe it to be quite

00:16 honest. So yeah, as I say, behavioural led, you know, Castle Manor, coming up to

00:23 running my own accountancy practice, yeah it's really really good. Community, I know

00:26 we're hearing about so many businesses and the impact they're having on

00:29 community. Community, really important to you? Yeah, we're a family

00:32 business so community is really really big to us. We like to support as many

00:37 local charities etc as we can. We're very much involved with the community, yes.

00:42 And you say family business, how many of the family here? So my eldest daughter

00:47 Jade, she runs the business and my youngest daughter Katie, she's just been

00:53 a finalist for the Employee of the Year and my wife as well, she's here as well.

00:57 And even as from memory there's a Cuddle Coordinator and a Personal Assistant.

01:03 Yeah, we got Honey, yep she's the Cuddle Coordinator and we've got Betsy

01:07 who's the newbie, she's the apprentice. These are our dogs, we should probably explain it.

01:11 Django as well and Nala, can't forget Nala. And what have you made of

01:16 tonight's event? Oh it's a fabulous event, yeah, everybody's dressed up, it

01:20 looks really great, everyone looks fabulous and yes, well run, so it's great.
