With the recently passed Fiscal Responsibility Act, the Finance Minister is now accountable to Parliament for hitting fiscal targets, said Prime Minister and Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Nov 2).
