00:15 and our predecessors endured in order to get us here.

00:21 but it's the effort we learned to put in from their example.

00:24 And just seeing the value of hard work

00:27 injected into everything you do

00:29 and to see it pay off.

00:31 Like that's not only what we've come to believe

00:35 but that's the kind of work ethic

00:38 we wanna communicate to other people.

00:40 So to see galas, you know, like this,

00:42 none of us ever imagined we'd be coordinating tuxes

00:45 or dressing up for things.

00:48 - Never thought I'd be dropping bricks on,

00:56 - But we realize this is the other side of the process.
