Auslan Santa expands across country for Christmas season

Westfield expands Auslan Santa to locations in SA, WA and the ACT after a successful trial for a more inclusive shopping centre Santa in NSW, QLD and VIC in 2022.

00:33 It is pure magic to see the look on children's faces when they meet Santa.

00:38 So we know that the Auslan experience is going to be so special to so many families across Australia.

00:45 There are so many deaf children who never see a Santa that they can communicate with.

00:53 And finally they get this opportunity.

00:56 Because Santa should be able to communicate in all languages including Auslan.

00:59 So it is so important for deaf children to see and believe in a Santa that they can communicate with.
