01:56 of corporate transformation is one of the organizational priorities and currently 18.5% of the time of the CFO is dedicated to digitalization.
02:06 FinTech basically represents that set of technological facilitators to bring people closer to finance.
02:16 So it doesn't transform the world of financial services, but rather the ability to bring people closer to them.
02:24 And it does it with technology, the one we have in our hands, in practice our cell phone,
02:28 but it also does it using artificial intelligence, metaverse and all those elements that can tell the world from many other points of view.
02:37 And that's why it's so disruptive, because it brings the financial world into the daily life that we are used to doing.
02:43 So, who wants to work in this world, who wants to develop this type of skills, must imagine at least two great dimensions.
02:51 The first one is that technologies are important, but they are not the most important thing.
02:56 The most important thing is the client's experience.
02:58 So, who wants to start working, must put himself in the perspective of providing a convenient, useful and easy service to the client,
03:07 and then use the technologies that are available at that moment.
03:10 The debate ended with the intervention of Tiziana Vallone, Vice President of Manager Italia Lombardia,
03:16 who underlined that, as in finance, one should not be afraid of technologies,
03:21 but use them to innovate and have the ability to change business situations and their economic and social impact.
03:28 In this sense, the importance of continuous training for managers has been reiterated.
