00:00 The conditions are quite hazardous and dangerous for our crews to ensure work, so we're just monitoring the surf conditions throughout the day.

00:07 Currently Marine Air and Command and Marine Rescue have been down around the Port Kembla up to the Wollongong area.

00:12 While Surf Lifesaving and Lifeguard assets are currently between Trogy Point and Flagstaff Hill, Wollongong.

00:18 So we have an extensive area that we're covering at the moment.

00:21 You do get caught in a wind current, so remain calm, slow wind current, raise your arm, learn how to float, learn how to swim for survival.

00:30 And the number one thing is you never panic when you get caught in a wind current.

00:33 And our best advice is always to go patrol beaches and threaten the flags.
