Putin oversees simulated nuclear strike

Russian President Vladimir Putin oversees a simulated nuclear strike after Russia's upper house of parliament votes to end the country's ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, a move Putin said mirrored the US' stance. The exercise simulates a response by Russia in the event of an enemy's nuclear attack, according to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
