Tanya Harrison has shared a throwback video from one of the most unforgettable days of her life.

On that remarkable day, she had the privilege to bask in the splendor of the 'Great American Eclipse' of 2017 from an airplane soaring 36,000 feet above the Pacific.

"I am a well-known space scientist, so Alaska Airlines invited me to join them on a private flight for this epic Solar Eclipse," Tanya revealed to WooGlobe. "The flight was a Boeing 737 with only a handful of astronomers and eclipse chasers onboard with the crew.

"This video shows the moment of totality, with a countdown from the pilot of the plane and my excited remarks captured in the background audio."
